Panzanella Salad was a big bowl of greens with a few mozzarella balls and just a few tiny sad croutons. Was SO disappointing. Panzanella Salad should be a bread and tomato salad with mozzarella. I ordered it for my dinner and just was super disappointed. My seat mates liked their dinners. Our serve was a great guy. But can't give it 5 stars. A real miss on this dish.

Really great food and overall ambiance. Service was a little slow but it was a busy Friday night so I can't knock them.

Overall Spiga was an impressive culinary experience. Service was attentive and professional. Food was excellent, and we tried a variety of offerings including the burrata appetizer, shrimp appetizer (exquisite!!), Caesar salad, spaghetti, and pollo parmigiana. Above all, we were ALL (including my 2 year old) sipping the sauce from the shrimp as it was incredible. The venue was clean and aesthetically pleasing. The tiramisu and chocolate temptation desserts were just okay. I would return but not in a rush to do so.

Came here with my friend. We got the polenta for appetizer and it was really good. I got pollo parmigiana and it was really good. Also a big portion. Got a big chicken. My friends dish was really good too. The restaurant is beautiful. They also have a patio.

The service is outstanding. From the hostesses to the bus staff. Professional, eager to please and always smiling. That says a lot about a place to work. The food is good. Party of 3, we had Caesar salad and carpaccio. Both excellent. The mains: grouper, and two pastas. The seafood pasta: Pasta Nero was amazing! Spicy and filled with seafood. Squid ink, I think fresh made pasta. Definitely . The grouper was tasty. Gnocchi had a pesto sauce and had a nice firm texture. Amazing wine list. Small negative is the energetic sound inside the restaurant and patio. When busy, which it generally is, it can be a tad overwhelming.

I was hopeful that Spiga would be a good nearby Italian spot. Overall the restaurant was fine but I'm not sure we would go back especially after spending $75+/pp. First, we were seated in a completely empty section of their very large dining room right by the check in desk. This is not something I have ever thought about but It was very isolating to sit there by ourselves (literally worst seating) when it looked like the restaurant had more energy elsewhere and plenty of place to sit in the main room. No one else was seated in that room during the entire two hours we were there. This pretty much ruined the evening having to sit by ourselves and watch everyone at the front checking people in and bringing them into the restaurant. Why do this to people? (We could have asked to move but that is not my style). Two stars for atmosphere. For appetizers, we ordered the large ($20) caprese salad and the grilled artichoke. The artichoke was fine but very difficult to eat. I do not recommend ordering on a date. The salad was not seasoned properly and way overpriced for a couple of tomato and mozzarella slices. Despite the fact that we started off on the wrong note, the dinners on the other hand were very good. My husband had a veal dish which he absolutely loved (and looked amazing). I had a pizza that was likewise very good but its pizza. The other thing that saved this restaurant's review was our server (blond wearing a bow). She was the absolute best and made every effort to take care of us and talk to us in our lonely, sad corner of the restaurant. Kudos to her and give her a raise! Other servers were likewise helpful and friendly and finding us to help. Though my husband disagrees (he really liked that veal), I probably wouldn't go back. There's plenty of other over priced Italian in the area with better dinner vibes and atmosphere.

Really great place. Upscale casual dining. Knowledge wait staff. Has nice bar area, patio, and room for private parties. Complete menu. The food was really good. I'm vegan, and really nice to have marinara sauce made without chicken broth and no-egg pasta. Reasonable prices. Will definitely be back.
